Live Online Sessions
Our online mindfulness course is ‘live’ so you are able to ask our teachers questions when you have it. You don’t have to wait for your answers. We often follow up with our participants on how they are progressing with their practice a month after the course.
Every week we provide materials to support your practice with assignments. It also includes guided meditation audio to help you on your journey towards mindfulness after you complete your training. We also provide an online certificate of completion.
