What is Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training?
Mindfulness is an invaluable tool to help humans manage and understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours by being decidedly present in their daily activities.
Strategic awareness, on the other hand, is defined as the capacity to observe with a discerning, evaluative quality that enables wise choices and innovative ideas—for the benefit of individuals, their teams, and society at large. We offer Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training (MBSAT), which merges these two concepts. MBSAT was developed with non-clinical population in mind while Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) was founded in helping clinical population with the management of chronic pain and depression.
MBSAT is a secular, non-clinical, next-generation training method to enhance resources and skillful decision-making at work and in private life. Grounded in Asian mindfulness techniques and adjusted to the challenges of today, the program draws from several disciplines, such as secular mindfulness practices, positive psychology, neuroscience, behavioral finance, behavioral strategy, and system dynamics. MBSAT is recognised by the Switzerland Mindfulness Association.

Despite the general belief that we make rational decisions, research have shown that our choices are mostly driven by our emotions. Mindfulness regulates emotions, creating mental space for us to become more aware of ourselves and surroundings to restraint from communication that can thwart our potential for well-being.
What to expect from our
We provide Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training for the workplace, online and in-person. Our mindfulness training runs for 8 weeks, with a 2 to 2.5 hours session each week. Participants are guided through exercises in the weekly sessions. with assignments to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives. We also offer 2-hour workshops for you to try it out. Furthermore, we can customise our mindfulness course to fit the needs of business organisations.
